My unit arrived today and its almost perfect. Thanks Can I suggest: 1. When in album cover mode, you dont use the album as the faded background for the rest of screen. With a light album colour, it washes out the screen and makes it difficult to see the myriad of information (MQA, Album name, format etc). I adjusted the brightness, doesn't help. 2. I have volume set at 'volume passthrough' to feed signal to integrated amp via xlr's. In that setup the VU's barely move, they just remain at peak. So they become well, useless. Can this be reviewed?? Many thanks team.
Yes: Using the Cover as a background should be an On/Off option. For me with default: off (Warning: not Open/Close).
Not sure this will be helpful. I enable volume passthrough, which will be fixed volume. Meter is moving.
Thanks, I updated my comment as I didnt refer to it as 'volume passthrough'. Thats the setting I'm using, its strange the VY's barely move. I play different Genre's.
