Just got the Z9X today to watch an HDR/Atmos movie and the video started stuttering really badly about 14 minutes in. Tried playing the file plugged directly into my TV (LG C9) and playback was smooth—no stuttering. Any idea if there's a setting causing this or is my device faulty?
No, I think the MKV is bad. It stuttered when playing it on another device at the same spot. My apologies.
