Doubt that very much. Running into other type of limitations is more likely. Any Ethernet to USB adapter requires matching drivers to be installed,
well the Zidoo Z10 is Android based and from a quick Google it appears that you can get 2.5Gb to usb adapters that are apparently compatible with android, so i don't see why it wouldn't work but you would have to try to be certain.
I doubt that you will see much of a difference even if it is doable. Single 5,400 RPM HDD speed is about 100MBps and 7,200 RPM is about 120MBps. Read the manufacturer specs for more accurate speed data. You may see a burst of 2.5 gbps in a fraction of a second while the data fills the drive cache (usually less than 512mb). It would only be worth looking into if you put a SSD in the Zidoo.
