Beta version v6.3.35 for Z9X/Z10 Pro/Z1000 Pro/UHD3000 released

I thought I'd start a discussion for this new firmware (Thx to @pcristi for prompting me )
Available on the Z9X at the moment via OTA.

Ah - it looks like it's been pulled from the update server..

There was a problem with collections within categories so hopefully that is being fixed and a new update will follow..

I'm assuming that's what's happened - I sent a message last night regarding the problem with collections and categories. I know this was a tricky one to get right so I'm hoping we'll see a new version soon to fix it but I've not heard anything official yet.

 

How can we enable the Roon ready support, my Roon server still complains....(certification not finished, maybe you can ask Roon people to add it to the support list pls)

 

Is it possible to fix the Arabic subtitles built into Netflix series and movies?

I've downloaded the zip from the server but got this update on my Z9X as well.

 

Yes - I got the update on two Z9X boxes yesterday, but tried to OTA from a test board today and it failed.

 

I've just checked and the OAT has been pulled back.

 

I put this firmware and I noticed that the DTS-HD 5.1 audio track if you press the info button writes 7.1

 

I think this has been the case since day 1.

 

I would not use this update till it's fixed....... It was pulled for a reason....... Have patience. I for one updated yesterday before it was pulled and tried removing movies from a collection and it decided to delete them from my hard drive without asking. So if you don't care about having your stuff deleted then by all means go right ahead and try it. I guess that wouldn't apply to people using nas and samba etc......

 

I have now installed it, is there a possibility to go back or do I have to wait for the next update? I see the movies from Nas with samba
