The solution is simple really - the same solution that we all need to follow to keep our blood sugar levels under control so we cut our disease risk. Suggestions for Dinner protein include the standbys: Dried beans, peas and lintels-all high fiber foods and broiled or baked Chicken, Fish, Pork and Lean Red Meat (the last two aren't recommended more than twice a week).
That is the reason for taking medications, exercising, and eating healthy foods with intent. The early mornings are usually the absolute worst times for your blood sugar level. Don't wait for symptoms of hypoglycemia to develop, even if you feel okay at the moment.
