    Check your amplifier. Try swapping left and right cables first between the A6 and the amp, then your speaker cables between the amp and the speakers.

    DMP-A6 won't play after music transfer over SMB

    Switch off Automatic updating sources. This option can be found under Music/Settings/Scan but only via the Cast feature or on the unit screen.
