Hello, when I try to download subtitles during a movie a have an error. Am I the only one? It was working properly 2 days ago.

 

I don't have my device right now to test it...
May I ask if I can stream videos from WebDAV server using Zidoo player?

Zidoo has always did the software follow-up of these products even after they are no longer offered for sale 1 or 2 years later offered for sale.

There is no reason for this to change... at least I hope so.

I've noticed that the resolution switched automatically when you press 3x the "resolution" button in Z9X remote. Is there a trick that it will switch only after 3s your not pressing it? Sorry in my English...
Or is it possible to disable other resolution like all 1080p?

 

The resolution button cycles through the available resolutions one at a time.

 

What is the speed of the Z9X ethernet port?

I have a Deco Mesh system in place and one of the Deco's connected directly to Z9X via ethernet but playback over network is still a struggle from a PC SMB.

it's 1Gbit and I do get it from the Zidoo port.

 

Good to hear, wish I could get similar with Deco. Hardwire is not a choice right now, oddly shaped rooms etc etc.

 

I do have two ethernet ports from the wall so I just activate them inside the fiber box.

I noticed that osd info is returning me incorrect audio track data.
I premise that I am using fw 6.4.42_G, on 5.1 track it is notified as 7.1
Maybe it is a small bug?

 

It's a bug that's been with us for a long long time...

I think that because there are many different formats of DTS-HD, it just reads either the commercial name and assumes it's DTS-HD 7.1.
