Zidoo 1000 Pro remote control

    Can anyone suggest where I can get a spare Zidoo 1000 Pro remote control?

    Thanks Brey,
    I bought this one but it doen not work. Do I have to "teach" this remote to get it work? How to do the teaching?

    There is an application for the remote control (blue icon) - there is an instruction on the conjugation. The infrared mode can be checked by the phone camera - the diode should blink. Maybe your BT is disabled - why do not the old not new remote control?

    That remote should work fine - all Zidoo boxes use the same IR codes.

    As @BREY says, check operation of the IR LED with a phone camera.

    You can also pair it to the box and use Bluetooth - instructions on the back.

    Thanks Brey, The remote I bought does not come with any instruction at all. Anyway I had returned the remote to the seller as I can't use it. Thank for your help
