I have a brand new Z9X that I opened today and another one that’s a couple of years both are updated to the latest firmware. Crashes on Ht5 or smb browsing , many smb shares with same username “zidoosmb” and same password keeps prompting wrong password. The same shares work on Z9s, Z9X pro and Z9X 8k. Any advice would be welcome . Also crashes and reboots a lot on HT5 and smb screens while doing something .
