V1.4.32 update

My DMP-A6 gen 2 won’t update - that little wheel spins and spins but never stops

 

Hello had something very similar happen while using my A8, had an idea and it wound up working out for me anyway what I did was turn the unit completely off and disconnected all power going to it waited about 10 or 15 minutes plugged it back in turned on the rear switch Waited a few more minutes then turned on the unit as you normally would operate, for some strange reason, problem was solved , at first, I was a little reluctant to do so as it was in the middle of a download maybe luck was on my side, but this absolutely solved the problem. It seems every once in a while, little gremlins pop up in various operations, but you get them figured out…

Very sorry to hear that, However, from what I understand Eversolo, it pretty decent in rectifying problems with their units , I am most certain they will straighten it out. Best of luck to you
