This is a very disturbing flaw in the music experience. All other streaming platforms can handle this so it shouldn't be too much of a problem to fix. Since you have this error, I try to get around it by creating new playlists in Qobuz. Then it turned out that it takes a long time before the new playlist appears in the internal Qobuz app. When I play in WIIM, I can add "play after" or "add to queue" and the new playlists in Qobuz appear in a few seconds after they are created in Qobuz's own app on the phone.
