    ust purchased 10 minutes ago....

I'm very new to this level of streaming and want to get the most of it. Most of the general specs I understand, some I don't My current setup is a Marantz 7013, an Aragon 3002 and 2 PS Audio 250 Deltas. The front outputs go to my bi amped TG Illuminators mid and high while my Aragon powers the bass drivers. The surrounds are also powerd by the 7013. The 250's power my 10" 3 way ceiling speakers.

I have a lot of questions but not sure how to phrase them.
What i'm not sure of is which output to use. I hear the DAC via streaming will get the best results. So should I use some sort of pass-thru? I do plan on getting into high rez, MQA etc.

I have tidal but keep hearing the term Roon, what is it??
I see MQA is dead but.........nah its dead...
DSD512...what is it, is it something worthwhile?
Tidal sold me at first, but I see/hear a lot of things that are turning me off. What is a better alternative?
At this point I will leave it here for people to ask questions that might help me navigate a lot of the new terminology and specs.

Is there a tutorial somewhere I can read up on to help me understand?
The manual does not go into a lot of detail for beginners.

    Thanks!

If you want to use the Eversolo's internal DAC you connect it's RCA output to one of these inputs in your Marantz:

    Roon

Let's take one thing at a time

In my world, MQA is, pure and simple, a scam, you can also say it's just a money machine : http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/mqa-what-a-load-of-crap .96577/

Roon is a really nice music player, where a lot has been made of metadata, with the main emphasis on Windows, and where you have the option of integrating with Tidal & Qobuz

    Ended up going Qoboz/Roon

This has to be one of the best purchases I have made in a looong time. I figured out everything above. I have been listening through the 7013 via optical so far to get a nice long listen to how the 7013 DAC's sound. Will be going analog soon, I just hope the 7013 can do all channel stereo form the analog. Also would it be any benefit to go through USB? Any thoughts about this?

USB input will grant you bigger bandwidth, and possibly eliminate every suspect of jitter (provided the 7013 is compliant with the USB Audio Protocol 2.0).
