That new eversolo playbox doesn't really blow me away. The only thing that interests me is the R2R DAC. I'm curious about that!
To be honest its more interesting than another Dac. Which I am sure will be excellent. But it's almost like trip and you will hit into another Dac.
Only volume control will be R2R, but not the DAC. Hope, that eversolo will have success with all the new models and they don't forget to support all of them... I'm interested more in the Luxsin X9 (a new sub brand from Zidoo): as potent DAC, Pre and headphone amp.
Okay... then also this DAC don`t blow me away. Now, this brand called luxsin is completely new for me... I'm afraid my bank account can't keep up with the number of new releases. That said, I still use my RME Adi-2 DAC FS as my DAC and headphone amplifier. I haven't come across anything better yet. The RME is a versatile little wonderbox. No need to change.
Man... you own an RME ADI-2. What in hell do you think could be better?!? Moreover, the RME after-sales service is top-notch. I really do not understand RME owners looking for better products...
The side loading (laptop) cd drive is a bit stupid to me. OK for ripping CDs, but to use as a regular every day CD player drive? Ehh, not ideal.
