file is dolby vision but zidoo plays it in hdr10?

I have an .mp4 that's in dolby vision

Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.05.06, BL+RPU / SMPTE ST 2086, HDR10 compatible <-- Terminator Genisys UHD

Also happens on Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind

Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.08.03, BL+RPU, HDR10 compatible / SMPTE ST 2086, HDR10 compatible

But on my system z9x zbmc or zidoo player it plays the file as HDR10 instead of defaulting to dolby vision. Why is that? Of alll of my movies (20+) this happens at least on 2-3 files .mkv or .mp4 and they all have dolby vision but it defaults to hdr10 instead.

dvhe.05.06 is not HDR10 compatible so if you have that correct the file is dodgy as hell.
