    Hello there,

We, the supporters of the Eversolo brand, would like you to develop a proper amplifier for the A8 streamer/DAC, like you developed the one for the A6 :)

I would personally like it to be a fully differential/balanced class A (push-pull?) design, with around 25-30W/8ohms power and a high dumping factor / a proper linear power supply. No remote would be necessary since the A8 has its own, but a gain/volume button would be useful to limit the maximum power according to our rooms/speakers. The amp can be transistors or tubes based, as well.

How does it sound to you?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Class-A really, at this time completely irresponsible.

Dear Keith, a little class A amp won't hurt anyone/anything. Its consumed power might be less then that of an usual class AB amp. (If this is what bothers you.)

No company. I am a consumer.

A class-A amplifier will nevber, NEVER consume less power than a class-AB. By definition and construction.

I NEVER said that. I am saying that usually one would buy, lets say, a 80W class AB amp, with its specific consumption, but could also choose a 25-30W class A amp, which would satisfy his/her power needs, with a smaller consumption, offering a better experience. Quality vs quantity ;)

One should buy a power amplifier that is capable of driving your loudspeakers without being driven into clipping.

Indeed. I only listen to lower levels, in a small room, on high efficient full range speakers, mainly classical music. Therefore, I usually need a few wats from the amplifier.
