For the most part I have pretty good luck modifying stuff in the Web UI, but every now and then I get the error below trying to change the name of the entry. I like to put a number in front of my collections to keep them displaying in order and this shows up and I can't get around it. Is there another way to modify this data?
You can't change the name of a collection but you can create another collection, call it what you like and put whatever movies you want into it.
Sorry for not being clear, but I am changing the name of a specific movie. I used Collections as an example because by name they don't show up in order, so I go into each movie and put a sequence number in front of the name. Otherwise I don't usually modify the name of the movies.
By default, movies in a collection are ordered by release date, but you can easily re-order movies in collections manually.
Well, it doesn't work like that for me. For example the way Halloween came up (below). The 1978 and the 2007 next to each other.
You have to click the button on the top right of the collection page to enable custom sorting. Moving things around is a little finicky but eventually you will get it in the right order.
