In an effort to have the Z9X I paid for and not some buggy POS, I obviously have to downgrade the firmware. Is there a simple easy way to do this without redoing all my settings? If I knew getting the google play store was going to ridiculously break the entire box I never would have bothered.
There is only one way to downgrade. Flash the recovery image and update to the version you want. You should make photos with your mobile of all your settings first. Make a backup in HT4 and store it on an external device. Everything on the internal storage will be wiped.
New I want to flash my Neo S, to revert to an older FW version. I follow the instruction on the Zidoo page - press the reset button and than the power button. Than I release the power button and kepp on pressing the reset button for a few seconds. A black screen with the zidoo logo appears and nothing happens for half an hour or more. Do you have any advice how to do the flashing correctly? Thanks!
