Zidoo Z9X IPTV - TiviMate player- Picture freeze and the sound keeps going

TiviMate player, after a while the picture stops and the sound goes on, you need to switch the channel to start it, but it only works for a while. UHD 4K programs, all of them, even those with a very high Bit Rate, work perfectly! . Image freezing only occurs on FULL HD, HD and SD programs. WTF?
After a long search, I think I found the cause but I don't know how to fix it, TiviMate displays Frame Rate 33 (see photo), although the ransmission is 25 frames / s. I noticed that MX Player Pro will also stop the transmission

Thank you for your answer, automatic frame switching is enabled in both Zidoo and TiviMate, it doesn't change anything, after a while the picture freezes and the voice goes.
I am a computer scientist and have tried various combinations of settings (certainly not all) and it still shows 33FR / s and the image is frozen.
I correspond with Tivimate and Zidoo, so far no one has found a solution, but the Tivi developer after the analysis wrote that the bug is in the Zidoo there are some issues with the system decoders.
Well, if Zidoo does not find a solution, I will return it, it is not a small amount of money, and I will stay with my Zidoo X8 that works with TiviMate without reservations for 4 years,
