Hello, I just purchased a ZIDOO UHD 8000, I come from a zappiti reference, this ziddo billboard theme is very good, I like it but I am having problems with iso and ts files, I don't know if you have the same problem, I have the latest update I think the latest beta, the iso files that cause problems on the oppo 203 that I have too, it opens and plays perfectly, I think this uhd8000 is the latest and I shouldn't have this problem or do I have to configure some parameters, Are you with the same problem, let's see how it can be solved, or will they release a new update, greetings from Spain

If these are from DVD's they are problematic with the latest firmware. MKV's of the same will work fine.

You need to give more information on what your problems are. The more detail the more likely someone can help.

For me, always stucks when playing UHD file / UHD ISO from bluray menu by SMB server.

Seem direct play is better than play with bluray menu.

Anything I can check is it my device problem?

Personally I also have problems with ".ts" files, jerks, blocking etc......I talked about it in another topic!!

Not all blurays will get to menu. There is a general issue with Paramount discs.

Have you tried converting .ts to .mkv?

My old Dune reads "ts" without problem, but I will try to convert them to "MKV" to see.....

Have you looked at them using mediainfo? What's the video codec? May be something the Zidoo does not like.

Yes, nothing special...besides, before the latest firmware, it worked perfectly. So bug in the latest firmware!!
