Where is the support?

    I have contacted support via skype and facebook messenger and i still have gottin no response. I have an audio issue, not the out of sync one, its another issue. Basically when running kodi with passthrough enabled and streaming a 5.1 video, my receiver hiccip and goes from dolbly digital to pro logic 2 every 5 seconds or so. I have fully tested my receiver and it is not the problem. The problem is the box. I have the proper audio settings via per what the guides says. It really frustrating when you purchase a product and yet there is no support to aid you if you have an issue.

    How long is there holiday? I initiated contact last week

    The last holiday was last Friday, so 4 work days with no support.
