It was automatically updated from V1.3.32 to V1.3.35, but it crashed and became inoperable. ### I wrote the version number incorrectly V1.1.35 is correct. ### I have attached an image of the analysis data at the time of the crash. The firmware of Eversolo DMP-A6 is V.1.3.30.
The iPad is a slightly older iPad mini and iOS 12.5.7, is there anyone with the same environment? Also, is it working without any problems? My iPhone is running iOS 15.8.3 and this works fine, so it may be related to the device or iOS version.
I am having the same issue with the latest version of the Eversolo controller app on iOS 12.5.7 on my iPad. Mine also works correctly on my phone. On the iPad it starts but the UI immediately terminates.
I have a similar crash dump to the one reported by Kyama. I was using the controller without issue with an A8 until the last software update.
Thank you for your information. The situation is the same as mine, where the UI closes immediately after startup. Even though the Eversolo Control App should work on iOS 12 or later. Looking at the contents of the Crash Dump, V1.1.35 may not have been properly built to run on iOS 12.5.7. We'll just have to wait for the development team to come back from China's National Day vacation.
I immediately installed V1.1.38 and tested it, but unfortunately it still crashes. It seems that the contents of the crash dump are exactly the same as in V1.1.35. (See attached image.) Please let me know if there is anything else I should test or if I need to obtain data for analysis.
Eki-san、 Unfortunately, the result is the same. (See attached image.)) I have responded here for the convenience of attaching an image.
This issue will be solved next release of Eversolo Control App. Many thanks to the Eversolo Technical Support Team and Development Team.
Hi Kevin, please download Testflight APP, then check and download the Eversolo control APP that we pushed to you on the testflight. Version v1.1.44 should work fine according to Kyama's feedback.
