I have the rights to movies with dts:x, zidoo does not send it correctly to the receiver (I have Denon avc-x4800h), when I start a movie or demo with dts:x only dts starts, when I start it on the computer that I have connected to the denon, the signal is in dts:x, Does zidoo zx9 not support dts:x??

I've used my Z9X with a Denon 4500 (earlier model of your receiver) and currently a Denon 6700, DTS X tracks play flawlessly.

It may depend on in what order you have the DTS-X soundtrack in relation to any regular DTS soundtracks on your ripped files.. Typically Zidoo's like to play the first available soundtrack.. whereas other devices may go ahead and play the higher resolution soundtracks regardless of their order? You can flag your preferred soundtrack as Default or "D" flag in MKVToolnix, but I know in the past, Zidoo's would still not always read that Default soundtrack flag properly. I have all my high resolution soundtracks in my ripped files in the first position.

it looks like a more serious problem zidoo zx9, after analyzing many movie files, it turned out that zidoo has a problem with DTS-HD Mastersm sound, it only sees regular DTS 5.1, when there is DTS-HD Masters 7.1 it lowers to DTS, when I checked on the computer on VLC media player it went DTS-HD Masters and DTS:X, when I started with ultra blu;uray sony it also went DTS-HD Masters. Only zidoo has a problem with this, it is an obvious zidoo error, they will probably never fix it because they focused on this new zidoo 8k

You are obviously mistaken... and I am not exactly sure what is going on with your setup... but my Z9x is outputting DTS:X just fine... double check your Audio settings in your Zidoo.. make sure it is not set for downmix or something...

problem solved, it turned out that uploading custom EDID caused this problem, when I enabled standard EDID, suddenly everything went back to normal...
