Impossible to play 4k mkv

Excuse me for my bad englich.
I just buy x6 pro to watch 4k mkv.
3 movies, 3 deception.
Does anyone have information for playing 4k mkv?

Latest version of frimeware.

3fîms, x265, another hevc, another hevc 10bit.

 

The X6 doesn't support 10-bit HEVC.

Bad news.
When i think we can find same android box for half the price which same capability than X6 pro with 4k playing.
I send my x6pro.

this post indicates otherwise, whether is rockchip fault for advertising the chips capabilities wrong, still sold by Zidoo.

Where is wrong advertising? H.265? Or you see "H.265 10-bit" somewhere? Maybe I'm blind.
The problem is "10-bit".
X6 Pro is capable to play H.265 (8-bit) encoded file, but NOT 10-bit ones.
Unluckily, also for me...
