Hi, I have stored on my external hhd sever UHD/ 4K movies with Dolby Atmos (e.g. Aquaman, Black Panter, Spider-Man Homecoming) with full menus. I am connected via Marantz SR6013 with Zidoo and the TV. I connect the HDD via USB. For normal BluRay videos everythinh is fine - playing very well. Unfortunately for 4/ UHD vidoes the pictiers is cropped and there is no audio at all. I have the latest firmware. What might be the reason for this? Wrong settings of zidoo? What should I have as settings? USB connections? Any ideas? I would very much appreciate any help. Thank you very much in advance.
