Did this happen the first time you launched Netflix ? For your information Netflix works properly on the 3 X9 I have, and under the same firmware as you (v1.0.4.2).
it happend with the version v1.0.4.1 and with the new update v1.0.4.2 same proplem. may be these happen in my country because Internet blocking policy.
