CONNECT ANY HDD WITH X6

    Hello i am new to all this stuff and i have a very simple questios.
    Is it possible to connect my 1TB portable HHD with the divice

    which filesystem of your HHD?
    X6 support extfat\ntfs...

    NTFS and Fat 32

    As i wrote before i want to connect 1TB HDD to the ZIDOO X6 to play large media files up to 50GB. Please tell me if this is possible

    Are you directly connecting it or doing it over a network? FYI, 1tb drive should work fine.

    I m going to connect direcly to the device. The hdd format is ntfs in order to store large files as hd movies

    As stated, shouldn't be an issue doing that. Have you tried it? Were you successful?

    I have connected 640Gb USB3 HDD and 1Tb USB3 HDD to the USB OTG Port through a powered hub.
    Both HDDs are powered from the USB Cable. The X6 worked fine playing very high (20M) bit-rate movie.
    I have not tested 2 x USB Powered HDDs connected via passive hub. I do not think X6 could provide proper power.

    I have also connected 4Tb Seagate External Power HDD to USB OTG Port via hub.
    No problem.

    All of my USB HDDs are formatted as NTFS.
    Largest file I tested with (play and watch Movie) was 30Gb.
    Same file on 1Tb and 4Tb HDD - No problem on either HDD.
