Lip sync is out

On new v20 and lip sync is out on kodi and amazon prime. Any diags needed? Problem may have been in earlier versions as I’m a new user.

I also get a problem with video jerky from amazon prime and kodi. It’s most noticeable when the camera pans. It doesn’t do it on other devices.

 

I tested amazon prime on a fire stick on the same tv and the lip sync is fine. Need a fix please.

 

Fix please, jerky videos on kodi are unwatchable

I noticed lipsync was out a bit on a few of my files. It seems setting display to 24hz has sorted it .
