It was nice of Zidoo to have this expansion sd/tf card slot. I aded a 32GB micro-sd But I cant make an effective use of it. I noticed zidoo is always short on cache memory and when playing on kodi or showbox it takes alot longer to load and the browser also has started to lag quite a bit. I tried to move some apps to sd to free up some nand flash space also cache memory but none of the apps are movable. Is this not supported by zidoo firmware? Why we cant move to sd? Also Is there any other recommendations to reduce lag and improve access speeds? Thanks.
Wow almost a month since this is posted and still not a single reply. I thought this issue is common and would be experienced by alot of folks. Anyone?
Yes tried but it wont allow any apps to move to sd. Infact it sees the resident nand flash as an extension memory so it can't move. I am currently playing with mount2sd app but it is complicated to use. You need to move contents to sd and link it from android memory to there but not sure if this really works that well. I havent seen any considerable improvement. This memory limitation is a serious bottleneck
