I borrowed a friend's iPad to try the controller app on a tablet. Everything worked great including the now playing screen after starting a movie. It showed progress, let me pause, resume, etc. all while showing the movies poster art. I bought a pixel tablet expecting the same experience. However, after starting a video I get a prompt that no video is playing and then just exits the now playing screen. Is there anywat to get the Android version to work correctly like the iOS version does? Thx.
Maybe I should ask if the now playing screen with media controls works for others? It's surprising to me how all Zidoo/Eversolo products are based on Android but the Android Control app is half baked and the iOS app is so much better.
Yes, it's a shame they don't care about fixing it. The web brower control app is useless too. It makes no sense. The media screen has no pause or resume.
