Opensubtitles closed their api from their .org site so we cannot download subs anymore.

Team zidoo please fix this (i think change api from .org to .com of opensubtitles)

Not sure what are you writing about? I have Z9X Pro and just tested. Subtitles download works just fine for me.

I get the following (see image below: become vip member)

Did you download them and you do not see the become vip member text?

Just downloaded and it works in my case. Tested over The Horse Whisperer... I do not have Kill Bill.

P.S. Maybe you just downloaded too many subtitles in 24h - the limit is 50 per 24h?

No any VPN. 1.0.65. Maybe for my connection the DNS records are not updated yet. Maybe you are using VPN and same IP is shared among many clients so 50 subs limit is shared for all of you.

No way to implement as far as i know,
Only solution is the latest update where they fixed the problem but the subs have no info just the movie title.

In kodi, what I did was to use the opensubtitles.com addon (from kodi repository) and not the .org version.
    All works fine now.

Yes I hate the recent implementation of just showing movie name and not subtitle file name. Watching a film and I had to d/l five versions before I hit on one that was in sync with movie version I had!

Zidoo - please revert back to how it used to be!!!

I don’t even bother, just do direct download on my PC and add it as an external sub. Saves mucking about
