Hi. A few days ago I started my adventure with the Zidoo Neo S (switched from Zidoo Z9S). I wanted to try out Tidal Connect, but for some reason the Tidal app on the phone does not see Zidoo Neo S. Both, phone and Zidoo are connected to the same WiFi. Any hints for specific settings to enable Tidal Connect? Thank you in advance!
I have the latest stabel FW for Zidoo, both Zidoo and the phone are in the same WiFi. I have tried to log out from the app and log back in. I uninstalled the app from the phone and installed it back again. I installed the app on a different phone and logged to my account. Nothing works - Zidoo is not on the list of devices to be connected with. It is a WiFi connection (not LAN) that I have and I have two frequencies: 2,4 and 5GHz. I tried both frequencies. Do you have any advice on what I could do or check?
