I installed an internal HDD and launched an SMB server, but I cannot see the folders located on the HDD from my Windows 7 PC. How can I fix this?

You will have to wait the next firmware including a fix for this known issue. It was supposed to be released this week but I think that it has been delayed, again…

Thanks for the info! Hopefully we won't have to wait long for a fix. This bug critically devalues such an expensive media player as the Z2000 Pro

The alpha firmware available at McBluna.net fixes that issue. Also reformatting to EXFat will fix it. Or wait for the new firmware which may be available soon.

Hi, did you try the newest update?
Let me know about the SMB functionality. Can you see Zidoo HDD from your PC?
