is ZDMC basicly KODI?

    wondering because do they use the same type of tv/movie indexing system? im getting rid of my dune because Yadis is starting to not work right and the Dune,s onboard indexer blows HARD....i have had kodi boxes before so will i get same tv/movie indexing/scanning results as with Kodi?

    ZDMC = Kodi + a modification to use the external Zidoo player
