zidoo z20 pro can make the shut down randomly

    hi guys ,

    i have qn85 samsung , and the tv shut down just like that .. in movies or just stand by

    the tv setting all good with no enargy stuff

    any settings on the zidoo can make that happens ?

    Could it be other HDMI device in your setup that exceeds it's standby time and sent HDMI CEC turn off signal to the TV?

    Disconnect all other HDMI devices except for the Zidoo. See whether the issue is still there.

    but all the other devices are off .. its still meke the tv just shut down ?
