I Have whit the Z10 Pro a problem whit Dolbyvision i use Z10-Pro_P_v6.4.62_202304191141_ota-package this is the last image, but Dolbyvision have not good pictute and crash
Can you describe the issue in more detail? What is not good about the picture quality? can you please post mediainfo of the file that crashes the device? What are your HDR settings in the Zidoo?
The Z9X also has the same problem, I will explain it well ... the image shakes and then often no sound and at a certain moment the image stops and then it is black. the HDR setting is set to automatic

Does it shake from the beginning? Did it happen with earlier FW as well? Playback via network or external drive?
Yes it vibrates from the start, and yes it is with all dolbyvision Movies. And it also happens over the network and also with the external drive, and it has long been the case with Dolbyvision files
That is super strange and I’m definitely not experiencing this. Also weird that its on both players. Do a factory reset on one player and try again. Also use the recommended settings for audio and video.
