Can any one out there tell me how to open this webport port 9090 so I can use 4 head the app works great but states that this is a stock setting and should be open on stock kodi thanks...Robert

Did you compare it with settings in ZDMC (Settings → Services → Webserver)? Are they the same? For Remote Control you have to activate "Allow programs on other systems to control Kodi" you can find that one when you go to Settings → Services → Remote Control
zdmc is pure kodi with passtrough code. so anything you want zdmc to do. you can find on kodi forum/wiki!
