here is an error evrytime i downgrade or upgrade the firmware i can not do it anymore how do i solve this issue i have to stay on 39 i cant downgrade to 36 or any firmware i hope you guys can help me out.
why are you doing a upgrade using a fking recovery ? you missed the big ass app called OTA update ? ( that also can do manual updates from zip file ? ) for downgrade you will probabil have to use the OTG port. or wait for official recovery update. with is under construction P.S. what problems you have that you need a downgrade ?
im not doing a recovery i downloaded the firmware putted the zip on my usb stick and loaded the zip file and then it says recovery?

it seems it doesend wants to instal older firmware evrytime i try an older 1 i go into that error menu when installing it.
OTA --> only upgrade (i.e. to higher number release) If you want to downgrade, only via flash procedure. Don't like to read FAQ post?
