SACD ISO: Are there some news?

    A couple of words about original dsd sampling rate to be said. Generally speaking, those numbers mean nothing because dsd is a bitstream while the pcm is a byte oriented protocol. PCM requires less fantastic frequences to transmit the same amount of data as direct dsd does. Using DoP mode does not mean that you loose any data - it is still bit-perfect transmission. Dsd sounds better because of different approach to analog-to-digital conversion. Dsd produce more live sound.

    Thank Valera for your guidance! i fed my avr with dsd: dsf/dff tracks, good news it manage to play with its full resolution of 5.6Mhz through front usb port. probably usb audio pro could help the next.

    ei guys does anyone of you tried to use optical out then dac goes to amplifier? hows the sound

    The PCM sound via optical is bad. I use bit-perfect usb connection to external dac.

    Marantz PM7005 amp internal dac.
