I'm having the same trouble as a few other members when it comes to getting my Z2000 Pro to recognize a 3.5" HHD internally. The only thing I haven't tried is a different USB to SATA cable. Does anybody have an adapter recomendation that will work in my situation? I'm currently using a Sabrent USB 3.0 docking station connected to a MacBook. I don't have a desktop computer available. I can get the Zidoo to find the HHD if I leave it in the docking station and connect it to the USB port, but not by loading the HHD directly into the bay. I formatted the HHD with ExFAT, and removed any other partitions using Terminal. I've updated the Zidoo firmware to v1.0.65. Other than a different USB to SATA cable, is there anything else I can try before I send this thing back to Amazon.
