I have the Z2600. Starting 4-5 days ago...I had no poster wall! Just gone. The movies are there and they play, and I have tried an update...nothing. I get a spinning wheel, and have to power down. I have sent screen shots to support..no answer. Anyone else having this issue?

Wow - Not seen that before.

All I can think of is a corrupt database.

If you were using a network drive I'd say probably a DHCP issue but obviously that can't be the case here - really odd.

Personally I think I'd reset HT.

the HD is attached..not networked. I see the movies, and movies play. But the poster wall is just gone..and won't repopulate. I have updated...etc. Clean up. That didn't work. TV and Movies..all gone! Movies there....just no poster art. Reset HT?

Don't understand why cleanup and rescan didn't work...

    Yeah, reset - HT4/Settings/Library/Clear Data > Clear

That completely resets and clears the database and HT so you have to start again.

Once you've rescanned and have the library correct and back as you want, I suggest you export NFOs and art so it's easy to rescan back to where you were and also take backups.

I will try that...I did a 'clean up' Only for my TV folder. Then I did a scan...and it scanned all the TV shows...took about 8 minutes. Done. But again, still no poster art? I know the poster art is stored locally , is that in the Z2600 itself...or on my external drive? I'm not sure why support has not gotten back to me in 4 days...I sent them all the screen shots as well!

When you say "it scanned all the TV shows...But again, still no poster art?" what do you mean?

A poster wall with blank Posters, or, like you show in the picture, a screen saying "There is no poster"

When I did 'Clean up'...after that...I rescanned the TV folder. Which was like from scratch...it took about 8 minutes. And you can see that the tv series are there....1st photo here is after the scan....the shows are there. 2nd pic, after that....shows no posters. Then I try to update....and I get this, the 3rd pic...and when that comes up...trying to load posters....it stays there for 15-20 minutes...nothing. So I have to power off....

I did another re-scrap of TV folder. Took 25 minutes. but again, nothing. Attached a shot of after, the tv shows are there...but when I go to the 'tv' icon, and try to play...no posters...and it freezes on this , 2nd pic..loading posters...which won't let me back out, or quite. for 20 minutes it did that...till I finally had to unplug it...and restart
