LOADING FILES

    Could someone point me to how to load files onto my z20 pro? I have never upgraded before. I am still on the original file it came with. Thank you.

    The firmware? put the zip file downloaded from this forum onto a usb, plug it in then go to the updater app and select update from usb, find the file and follow the prompts.
    takes a about 5 minutes total

    OK, thank you. Do i first unzip the file then put it on the flash drive?

    It can use the zip file directly.
