You can connect a PC directly using USB, connect to the top OTG port ensuring the setting for that port is for PC connection not mass storage. If you look in File Explorer where USB devices are listed, you should now see both the internal system storage and any SSD fitted internally on your A6 or A8. This direct connection is faster than network methods of connecting if you are moving lots of files around.
