Hi have 22TB external HDD formated in NTFS. After pluged in to usb port can’t see folders see only one folder. On windows see all without any problem. Tried to restore settings nothing. Flashed zidoo to older version and is same. Is any way to start see all files and folders?? And to add some more information first when I plugged HDD go on media centre seen all folders then go to home theatre and add this source and start scanning and after that started seen only one folder. And is only one folder in media center and one in HT. On windows still all folders and files are visible when plugged to computer. And yes SAMBA WAS ON. HONESTY IS 20TB OF DATA ANY SOLUTION TO SORT IT OUT WITHOUT LOOSING DATA. HELP PLEASE.
Is your NTFS formatting at default settings i.e. 4096 bytes? It is quite possible that any other NTFS allocation settings may not be seen by the Android/Linux OS in the Zidoo. If you plug the drive into a network router or PC (and share the primary folder) you may also see all the contents on the Zidoo?
Yes is in NTFS 4096. Been visible until I scan HDD on home theatre. And still visible on PC. And not all gone. First time after scan on other HDD about 50% folders can't be seen after scan. And this time only one folder left.
