My TV supports 3D (Philips 50PUS6809/60).
    I bought a Z9X Pro to watch BD3D.ISO
When I turn on viewing ISO, TV goes into 3D mode, but instead of an image, I see stripes at the top of the screen.
I tried different HDMI cables (including the original Philips HDMI 2.1)
Another Blu-ray player shows normal 3D.
I'm attaching a picture. What should I do?

IF you truly want help, you need to put out some more info... for example: the MediaInfo report from your problem file that I requested.? Or, the smartest thing would be to get rid of the ISO file by opening it with MakeMkv and making a movie only mkv file.. that will always play perfectly.

    Thanks for understanding.
It's not just one problematic file. Any file in 3D mode is displayed like this. I installed the MediaInfo program.
As an example, I give the JSON file generated.

That type of MediaInfo report is not viewer friendly, but from I can tell it doesn't appear to be a normal 3d file... it should be MVC format with multiple views...with a reference to Multiview count.. for example "2" and a Multiview layout... for example "both eyes laced in one block (left eye first)" something like that.. But I only use frame-packed 3d and not side by side or over under formats.. in case that what your files are... ?

Please provide me with a link to a known-good BD3D.ISO file.
I want to make sure the problem is with the file itself, and not with the TV or the set-top box.

My advice: If you truly want perfect 3d playback then don't mess with ISO files... and when you download files, you take your chances.. you need better sources, obviously. Or, better yet, purchase your own 3D titles and rip them yourself.. then you will get full resolution high quality 3d viewing. If your downloads were properly ripped/muxed, they would be playable in your Zidoo..

I bought Zidoo specifically for viewing ISOs. My Vontar X4 handled the converted files perfectly.
I was annoyed by manually switching to 3D mode in KODI

UPD: My another TV LG shows "Invalid signal format" when I tried to play a file on it. Maybe the problem is still in the Zidoo?

No... it plays properly ripped/muxed 3d files just fine.. I have lots of them... your problem is with your files.

Please give me a link to a known good 3D file. I'll test it on it.

I don't have any links for you... I don't download shared/pirated movies.. my 3D movie files are all my own rips or remuxes from my own discs.

Hi @Dmitry Grinenko, I have two Z9X (not Pro) players and zero issues with all 3D ISO images. Your screenshot from Philips TV (LCD display with active glasses) looks like some sort of unsupported signal.
Make sure the Zidoo is set for Auto Resolution and Refresh Rate. Don't try to push 60 Hz or 4K to the TV with 3D ISO frame packing (2 full HD screens per frame). Your TV won't like it.

Here is a link to 3D ISO sample files:
