Have been using Zidoo Z9X regularly. Today saw the player power on but no display on TV. Confirm HDMI cables, connections, AV receiver are ok. Anyone got this problem and what should I do?
Possibly a display mode problem - press the Resolution button on the remote successively, leaving a few seconds between presses to allow time for the TV to sync. If you use the app I think you can control resolution directly.
I tried pressing the resolution button but display does not respond. It looks like there is no signal detected because it is displaying the AV receiver logo which happens when there is no signal. I also tried connecting the HDMI cable directly to TV and still there is no signal. Is it possible to reset the player?

Yes I have done that and still no HDMI signal. Time to shop for a new media player (thinking to try out Dune HD).
