Dear team, This is Hussain, I am using Zidoo Z9S media player, Last 1 week back my player is not working, Some error is coming ''ZIUI Cool Stopped", I have shared screenshot also, Please check and rectify this issue and do the needful.
The first thing I'd do is a hard reboot. If that doesn't work, I'd reload the firmware. And if all else fails, a factory reset.
Usually, it’s caused by a software glitch or a recent firmware update. A few things you could try: Restart the device completely — unplug it for a minute and power it back on. Clear the app cache for ZIUI Cool in the settings. If that doesn’t work, reinstall or update the ZIUI Cool app (or the latest firmware from Zidoo’s official site).
