Hi All, I just ordered my Zidoo Z9X and am looking forward to my new toy. Unfortunately, it seems to be stuck in the mail. 4PX is the shipping company and for the past 4 days the tracking's last entry is: Postal code & city mismatch May 01 2026 10:19 pm · Nancheng Has anyone else had this? I tried emailing shop@zidoo.tv, but have had no response from them and I am getting concerned... that's why I'm reaching out to fellow (hopefully soon) Zidoo owners

Glad to see that you have received the reply. Generally the issues around order will have faster response via email, due to the division : ) Of course, if waiting too long and I find it, I can ask the team for the latest process. I'm still checking the alerts from the holiday...
ps. Our May Day holiday is for celebrating Labor Day. There's always a “makeup workday” system — people need to work extra days before/after the holiday for a longer continuous break. Like I will on duty tomorrow as well. It’s normal here, even if it feels unusual in some countries ;-) But there's too crowded during holiday, I expanded the holiday one more day for my trip(for a cheaper flight QWQ) Just many of them, especially the traditional days in China happen in the first half of the year : )
