My Z10 Pro stopped working today. When starting a video it plays for a few seconds (3 to 13) and then freezes, A couple of times the back button was able to get me back to the menu but all the rest of the times I had to power off to get out of it. Yesterday it worked and today, with no changes, it doesn't. Any suggestios?
As a follow up, I sent this today to Support: Yesterday I wrote for help with my Z10 Pro not playing media files. I have been testing, trying to quantify the problem. I have found that files I have previously started and did not finish can still be played. When I start these files I receive the option to continue or start from the beginning and they play fine either way. All other files that have not been played before stop after a few seconds. I hope this can help diagnose the problem. Thank you.
At the suggestion of Zidoo support, I did a factory reset. At while I lost all settings and which episodes had been watched, it did correct the problem.
I can't find a listing for firmware version. In the "About" section I have software ver V1.0.95_G, Android 11. I bought it a year ago and have not updated the firmware.

Keep us posted. Just watch the procedure to either upgrade the F/W or restore a image file. The procedures are different.
