I had a similar issue with a older X10, but I don't remember how it got fixed. When I click on the Power Icon on the home page, it powers down, but in 10 seconds it re-boots. It keeps on doing this. I have to flip the rear panel power switch to actually shut it down. I have that not to power up anytime it's unplugged or I loose power which is extremely rare (I live in a actual city, failures rarely happen). If I use the Power button on the remote, all I get is a pop-up with 3 choices for shutdown. I choose to power off. The F/W is the latest. I don't see any setting that has a handle on this.
