Hi everyone. I bought a Z10 PRO, and it's a fantastic media player, but I'm having problems using the virtual keyboard, when inserting the Wi-Fi password. The password I need to insert has several capital letters, specifically the letter E, but whenever I click the capital lock and move the green cursor (square? rectangle?) into the E and press it on the remote, instead of E I get a 3. Am I doing something wrong? What am I missing? Thanks in advance for all comments and suggestions.
Quick update, to say that I found a solution to this problem. I connected a USB keyboard to the media player, and bypassed the virtual on screen keyboard. problem solved.
